While your internship may end when summer does, your career with Graybar may just be beginning. Students who successfully complete their internships are evaluated for full-time roles, so you can lock down a job offer before you graduate as part of our Leadership Trainee program.
Leadership Trainees receive specialized career guidance and professional development opportunities while they gain skills and experience in their functional area(s) of interest. This can include mentoring, cohort development sessions, and training. Leadership Trainees also receive all of Graybar’s awesome perks and benefits including three weeks of paid vacation, paid sick, paid holidays, a paid volunteer day, comprehensive health benefits, student loan repayment assistance, 401k match, profit sharing, employee stock purchase plan, and competitive compensation.

About The Internship
Graybar summer interns must be college juniors graduating either December 2023 or May 2024. We are looking for students in business related majors such as Professional Sales, Supply Chain, Industrial Distribution, or similar. You should be in excellent academic standing and be able to work during summer 2023.
You will work in a Graybar location and receive hands-on experience based on your area of interest. Our interns also work on team projects, participate in professional networking and development, and gain exposure to various business functions.
$20/hr
